※ Support funds will be calculated based on internal standards such as the number of participants, period, venue, and etc.

Submission of application

Evaluation and approval

Within 15 days after the submission

Compared to the application and documentary evidence

Deadline for Application: At least 1 month prior to the event ※ Early closing is possible if the budget for the year has already been allocated

If you receive support from other organizations or local governments, you are not entitled to received additional support for the same item.
The financial benefit approved in the application year is not transferable to the following year..
If the substantiating documents or result reports are insufficient, the financial benefit may be reduced, and if faulty data is submitted, the financial benefit will be canceled.
In cases where the event result does not meet the original plan or the support requirements, or if the number of final participants is reduced, the financial benefit will either be reduced or reimbursed in full.
